Fruit for Thought

Final project for my Master's of Visual Communcation and Design

At 15 years of age, I was in a car crash that left me with a traumatic brain injury, impairing my memory and attention. Our understanding of human memory is still in a developmental stage as a society, but in 1968, Richard Atkinson and Richard Shiffrin developed a model that was groundbreaking and still one of the most cited models in experimental psychology today. To help those with memory impairment and those with a shallow understanding of their own memory in general, I made a video that describes my memory in terms of this seemingly intricate model.
